1. What is Private Duty Home Care?

Private duty home care is a personalized set of services, from home health care to assistance with household chores and errands, customized to fit your needs.

Yes! Anyone who needs assistance to remain safely at home is eligible.

4. Who will be caring for me?

Excellent Care Home Care certified nursing assistants are always available to provide you companionship and to look after your personal needs. We employ individuals who are well-trained and are passionate about senior care. All staff undergoes drug screening and background checks. All staff members are insured and bonded.

5. Can I have the same caregiver/aide all the time?

We do our best to provide consistency with our staff. We will make every effort to provide you the same caregiver or staff member from the start of care.

6. Can you help me at home if I don't need a nurse?

Yes! Excellent Care Home Care’s services extend beyond health care. We can certainly help with your personal, non-medical needs.

8. What are my payment options?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Beyond these options, we’ll sit down you to discuss your preferred type of care or services that is within your budget.

9. Can my insurance cover me?

We work with most Long Term insurance companies. Simply give us a call and we can start the authorization process.

10. How can I contact Excellent Care Home Care after business hours?

Someone is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to answer any of your questions or concerns. Our regular business hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. We try to meet your needs during business hours, but you can call our number any time for any assistance you may need. Someone is always available to help.
